I/We understand that we are attending an online class as identified above with K9 Connect and the above named dog.  The information presented in the classes by the trainer from K9 Connect is advice only and may not necessarily be appropriate for me/us and/or my/our dog.I/We understand that my/our dog may not be fully trained at the end of the training program.  It is up to me/us (the dog’s owners) to continue my/our dog’s training in order for it to learn.  The trainer will endeavour to assist where necessary in order for me/us to work with my/our dog, but practicing at home is a large component of training my/our dog.I/We understand that we are responsible for my/our own dog and are training at my/our own risk.I/We agree and understand that by signing this document I/we hereby release K9 Connect and its servants and agents from all and any claims, demands or actions whatsoever in relation to or arising out of any injury, damage or consequential loss sustained by me/us or my/our dog/s including any injury, damage or consequential loss caused by K9 Connect, its servants or agents and I/we agree to indemnify K9 Connect, its servants or agents in respect of any claims, demands or actions made against them as a result of either me/us and/or my/our dog/s participation in any activity whatsoever K9 Connect.
